With so little time to enjoy this earth it'd be fun to share appreciation of it!

She enjoys the pleasures of the senses, yet she is firmly grounded in reality.

Because she is broad-minded, adaptable and playful, as well as dependable and loyal, she can be an exciting yet stable and dedicated friend and colleague.

She seeks a partner who is moral and cooperative. Yet she or she has to have her level of energy and curiosity too.

A few excerpts from her personality test:

  • I am more enthusiastic than most people
  • It is important to respect authority
  • I pursue intellectual topics thoroughly and regularly

in her own words...

I am a healthy 65 yo nurse with 2 children and a grandson. I am a parish nurse at my church, on several boards to help the homeless and others less fortunate. My husband of 30 years turned out to be gay so divorced now for 10 years I'm interested in a soulmate or at least a good friend to share the many joys of living. I attend my Lutheran Church regularly but I've a strong ecumenical belief . I've enjoyed traveling with Smithsonian tours and with Habitat for Humanity recently. I walk and do simple exercise and swim but hope to do more. I enjoy zoos and nature; laugh out loud at comedy especially if it's universal humor not directed at an ethnic group for example. I like laughing with someone not at them.I enjoy history, science, culture, and love to learn. I think I am a warm liberal but fiscal conservative-I own my house and run it as a boarding house. My son has a downstairs apartment , working as an electrician hoping to buy his own place soon.My daughter lives in Denver with her adorable 3yo son. I was a Republican then DC Statehood party and now a Democrat and have always voted for Democratics. I'm grateful for my family-although my folks are dead my brothers and aunts and uncles, cousins are cherished. I'm grateful that I like Will Rogers never met a man (or woman) I didn't like. I am grateful for a strong belief in God and the joys of church friends. I am grateful for learning everyday-like the new findings that if repeated may mean neutrinos move faster than the speed of light which will turn Einstein's laws of physics upside down.I am grateful for a sense of humor which allows me to laugh even at the dark side of life.I love Life and hope to attract someone who does also!
