in his own words...
Not quite settled yet, I'm an undergraduate in creative writing and in psychology who has no clue what postgraduate life will bring. Writing creatively is something that I've done for fun since childhood, but writing this brief introduction is potentially the most challenging and uncomfortable thing I've attempted. When not working on essays or research, I play the French horn, write for student publications, work on staff for a student organization, and try to have fun. I work in the psychology department part time as well. Free time? Well, let's just say it's perfect for napping. My family is Southern, fairly traditional, and we run into 2nd and 3rd cousins every time we run errands around town. Home is a fascinatingly slow place with lots of old buildings and new strip malls. I'm looking for someone near my university with a healthy balance of intellectual, creative, and social interests. Ideally, a future relationship would start slowly with casual dates and conversations. (In the past, I've learned that starting out as friends may help avoid future problems.) Physical perfection is not at all important, though I do believe that we can all take pride and work to look our best. I'm not quite sure what else to say about a future partner. Having too many expectations only complicates things, so I think I'll leave the rest to chance. So, what about you?
