Her 10 interests
in her own words...
Nutshell: I grew up in Colorado, Western Slope. I like to travel and have lived abroad (Central America). My sense of humor is often sarcastic and can be edgy (Doesn't always come across well in writing, so I'm trying to keep it to a dull roar) I am critical of the status quo, though I also see a lot of beauty in the 'everyday' world. I can be both sacred and irreverent. I'm a cynical optimist. I have tattoos; plural, subtle but visible. I am perfectly imperfect. I am abundantly compassionate. I'm a social chameleon. I have a nasty habit of quoting movies. I'd rather ride my bike than drive. I like puns and love a good belly laugh. I find my center outdoors. I can dish it and take it. I'm kinda geeky and dig that in others. I can cook and am an epicureal adventurer. I like to make up words. I am independent, capable, AND appreciate chivalry. I read ALOT... I'm up on current events. I try to be pretty green, try to live consciously and with intention. I try to "be the change," but reserve the right to rant from time to time. I am better in person than on paper. My life, thus far, has been extraordinary and unexpected; still room for a partner in crime/emergency contact... someone I can turn to and ask "Did that REALLY just happen?". We've all got a 'shopping list' of what we think we are looking for. I'm open to being surprised. I feel like I'll know it when I see it. That being said, cue shopping list: I am looking for a good balance of adventure and reliability. Wholeness over perfection. Someone kind, honorable and able to sit with stillness.... and then laugh like his life depended on it (cuz it probably does). First and foremost, however, must be conversation compatible, then we'll see how the rest shakes out.
