in his own words...

I am a solo driver and tend to separate myself from others. However, once engaged, I am talkative, entertaining, and, I believe, one of a dying breed, a true gentleman. I have recently found myself again, after being just a dad, and I am ready to share my thoughts and desires with another. I like to take things slow. I value a good conversation, simple activities like cooking and shopping, trying new things, but I don't shy away from uniterrupted silences or relaxing inactivity. I am not a thrill seeker, so don't expect bungee jumping or sky diving. Someone who wants to start their new relationship with a friend will find that I can be the best kind, honest and true. We all have our baggage, it's how we carry it through life that matters. I realize that my life on the road will not make me an attractive "match", but I do have things to offer. I am intelligent, but like to listen to others, not myself, talk. I have good stories to share, emphasis on share. I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours. It doesn't matter to me what my "date" does for a living or how much she makes, as long as she likes what she does. Most drivers find only negative things to say about their jobs, and I can only think, then why do it it. Complaining is ok in moderation, but finding the joy in what life brings you, and celebrating it shows more character. I will be honest, I like pretty women. I like to look at them and be with them. I also know that women like attractive men. My mother thinks that I am very handsome, but she has to. She also thinks I look like Tom Hanks. I don't see it and have never felt that way about myself. I am not ugly, maybe ordinary woud be better, or at a stretch good looking. I do clean up nice, and wear a suit and tie well. If you can get me in one. I guess I am a little photo shy, which is why I need to get one taken for my profile, I just don't have anything current. I like tall women. I am not afraid to look her in the eye, actually I relish it. A good sense of
