Some Who Wander Like To Get Lost...
He is a tough-minded, independent thinker who likes to explore ideas or problems thoroughly. Yet he has a wild side and is not interested in maintaining routine social engagements either.
He gravitates to men and women who are intellectually exciting and like to discuss topics broadly and thoroughly.
He tends to like someone who is spontaneous, even mischievous, as well as a mate who can appreciate his rugged individualism and support of his drive to succeed.
A few excerpts from his personality test:
- Debating is a good way to match my wits with others
- I am more analytical and logical than most people
- I get bored when I have to do the same familiar things
His 11 interests
in his own words...
I have a love of film, enjoy brunch, have been known to see a play or three, smile at the scent of old books, like to take wrong turns while exploring new cities, I prefer my sporting events live, and I might even do the art walk every other month. (Is it bad I find the people and buildings sometimes more interesting than the art?) And while I don't have a lot of outdoorsy things on this list, I would like to try hiking, camping, fishing, and the like. (Growing up a suburb kid these are things that I never did and I often feel I have missed out; I would love to find someone to show these things to me.) I am often smart and on my better days I may even be wise. I have a dry and biting wit, a love of deep conversation, and I like telling and listening to great stories. I think the world is a little more interesting than most people notice because they are often too busy to pay attention. I am someone who appreciates the little, quiet moments in the middle of the grand adventures. I am often driven by my curiosity and the need to know a bit more. Like pretty much everyone else here, I want someone who is smart, funny, and who I find attractive. But I also want someone who challenges me because I think life is about continuously learning, growing, and exploring and I hope they want the same from me. I am hoping to find my Beatrice, Irene Adler, Vespa Lind, or River Song... someone who doesn't necessarily make my life easy, but makes it interesting every time I am with them. I am looking for someone who likes the random spur of the moment activities or enjoys following whims and the occasional flights of fancy. (I have been known to buy a ticket for a concert the day of the event, walk up to a play 20 minutes before it starts to see if they still have seats, book a vacation within a week of going, and take the random path or stairway just to see where it leads.) I want to find someone who knows how to balance relaxing at home days and going out and playing days.
