(he also shows elements of this type)
Smart, well-read, tall, full head of hair, decent enough in the looks department...Oh yeah! I do have a job and my own car!
He is very curious and loves adventure, either or both intellectual and physical. When he gets interested in something, he can become extremely focused on it.
People tend to admire him for his knowledge and innovativeness. He derives intimacy from doing things with friends or a partner.
He is drawn to those who can balance his highly independent and tough-minded spirit--those who are novelty seeking, yet compassionate, verbal, intuitive, trusting, flexible and emotionally expressive.
A few excerpts from his personality test:
- I am tough-minded
- I find unpredictable situations exhilarating
- When making a decision, I like to stick to the facts rather than be swayed by people's feelings
His 11 interests
in his own words...
First things first: I don't ski. Never got around to it as a kid, don't feel like I'm missing anything. I do snowboard. Well, I tumble down mountains attached to a snowboard...I'm really intrigued by snowshoeing! Gotta go soon! 1. I'm a package deal. Two awesome kids. Not a "single dad" - the ex is a great mom - but I do have 50% custody. 2. Sports are important to me. I coach; I play; my kids play; I golf (poorly), Mountain Bike, work out as my schedule permits; and yes, I like to sit on the couch on a Fall Saturday afternoon and watch college football. 3. Education is a priority. I am a High School Teacher. My father is a PhD and my mother was an M.Ed - school came first growing up, and it comes first for my kids. This being said, I do believe there are many different routes to an "education" and advanced degrees do not necessarily denote the most keen of intellects. And I'm certain that wisdom can not be taught in school. 4. Will Ferrell=funny; Monty Python's Flying Circus=funny; Adam Sandler=has been funny, but it seems as if he's lost his way a bit; Daniel Tosh=funny, but he did cross a line... 5. "Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son." Which movie? 6. I love Westerns... 7. I enjoy food. I try to cook as much as possible, but I am no chef, by any stretch of the imagination. I'm no snob, Sushi Sasa is great, but sometimes you just gotta have a sack of sliders from White Castle. Interested? Email me!
