Her 13 interests
in her own words...
Mountain town refugee relocated to Denver seeks urbanite advice on storing gear in small apartments. Seriously, what does one do with all this stuff when they don't have a garage or a yard? So, yeah, I tele, paddle, hike, camp, etc.like every other Coloradoan, so what makes me unique other than not having a Lab? I've an irreverant sense of humor; a tremendous lust for life and curiosity that has taken me around the world several times; a creative side which manifests in love of art, literature, music, and good food and wine; and a strong passion for my career working to enhance capacity of the communities where I love to play. After years of living in NeverNever Land, I'm actually excited about the vast cultural offerings of Denver (although dismayed by the heat!). However, I see a pattern emerging of sprinkling fairy dust on my truck/gear and flying away to the mountains on weekends. Or to a beach to pursue my latest obsession - surfing. (Do I really need a sport that requires me to FLY in order to participate?) What about you? Do you view life as an adventure in which there is something to be learned from everyone, everyplace, or every situtation? Do you love to laugh? Do you treat all people who come into your life (family, friends, peers, baristas, telemarketers, etc.) with respect and kindness? Do you love to talk about politics/literature/art as much as you like to talk about the latest boater/ski porn or sick pow day/epic Class V run? Do you care about global issues even if they don't immediately effect you? Do you view a girlfriend as a person who enhances your sense of self and personal happiness as opposed to someone who can make you happy? Are you seeking someone who is equally wonk, jock, adventurer, and nurturer? If so, perhaps we might have a little spark?
