in her own words...
So, who am I? My life has completely changed in the last few years and the answer to this question has been at the forefront of that change. I moved to Denver 3 years ago leaving behind a good, no a great life behind but it wasn’t enough and I still felt that I was on the sideline of my life, watching everyone else play and not knowing what my part was. I sold my house, left my friends, my job and a great deal of security to move here to Denver to see what else was out there. A year later, I got into PA school and the life I wanted is taking shape. In the last 3 years since moving to Denver, I have seen incredible change in myself. I am happier then I have ever been. I have a hope for the future that was very vague and mysterious before and now has a shape and some promise. I have so many of the things I have always wanted for myself and now I am ready to start sharing my life with someone else. So, who are you? Really if I knew the answer to this question I would have skipped a lot of heartache, but I am learning about who you are. I want you to have passion. Passion for anything; running, skiing, your job, your family, your dog, anything, just have passion. You are intelligent and constantly learning. Together we believe in each other and love who the other person is. We respect each other’s differences and uniqueness. We make each other laugh. We can’t wait to tell each other about what has happened in our day. We are partners sharing in the joy and responsibility of life. I think we often go through life just assuming the “right one” will just come along, you’ll meet, date, and marry, and all will fall into place. Now I find myself at 33 and going okay so now what? Something in my gut says something and maybe even someone amazing. Hopefully, you too are ready to start shaping the rest of your life with someone that makes everything a little brighter and a whole lot better when they are around.
