Molly

31 | San Francisco, California

Generally well behaved, if not a little excitable.

She is very curious and loves adventure, either or both intellectual and physical. When she gets interested in something, she can become extremely focused on it.

People tend to admire her for her knowledge and innovativeness. She derives intimacy from doing things with friends or a partner.

She is drawn to those who can balance her highly independent and tough-minded spirit--those who are novelty seeking, yet compassionate, verbal, intuitive, trusting, flexible and emotionally expressive.

A few excerpts from her personality test:

  • When I wake up from a vivid dream, it takes me a few seconds to return to reality
  • When I buy a new machine (like a camera, computer or car), I want to know all of its technical features
  • I frequently catch myself daydreaming

in her own words...

There are a couple of truths I live by: kindness is worth practicing, curiosity is worth exploring, and a playful outlook can make nearly anything exciting. I'm determinedly optimistic and overall just a happy girl. I moved to San Francisco a few years ago for grad school, and fell in love with the city and into a fantastic career. (Actually, that last bit's not exactly true - I worked VERY hard to get into a career I set my sights well before my undergrad, and finally landed in a great company.) This town blows my mind a little bit: I'm originally a Nevada girl, so the whole natural water/real trees are a beautiful novelty that I'm constantly surprised by. I take every excuse to get outside and play - whether it's at the park, a little daytime road trip, or even just wandering around a farmer's market and ooohing and aaaahing over tomatoes that actually look and taste like food instead of cardboard. Really, California is amazing. I have a fantastic group of friends that I do all of the wonderful, San Francisco-y things with - but as much as I do enjoy my friends, there are just some things a girl doesn't really want to do with her girl friends. I'm also consistently out-vetoed when it comes to movie choices, and let me tell you this: I am apparently one of the only women on earth (or at least in my circle) that would rather watch explosions and monsters than Ashton Kutcher making out with... anyone, actually. To put it plainly: I'm looking for a super smart guy who's also a super nice guy and a super determined guy, and maybe a little adventure guy and book-reader guy, who promises to never make me watch sappy love stories.

Take the personality test everyone is talking about.
