What is the Chemistry.com Success Site?
The Chemistry.com Success Site allows couples who met on Chemistry.com to post photos of themselves and share their stories of success with visitors to the Success
Site. The Success Site also allows these "success couples" to share tips with Success Site visitors and Match daters on how to get the most out of the Chemistry.com
experience. In general, the Chemistry.com Success Site offers successful Chemistry.com couples the chance to share their success with the world and let the world see
how Chemistry.com makes love happen!
Who can use the Chemistry.com Success Site?
Anyone who agrees to these Terms of Use may use the Chemistry.com Success Site to read the stories of our success couples, view their photos, and review our
success couples' tips for getting the most out of Chemistry.com. Also, couples who would like to share their Chemistry.com success story, photo or tips may
use the site to do so. Success couples must be registered Chemistry.com members to use the Success Site to share their success with others. By using the
Success Site in any way, you acknowledge that your use is governed by the Chemistry.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
What other terms apply to success couples' use of the Success Site?
To access the Success Site as a success couple, you must provide us certain identifying information, some of which (your Chemistry.com email, your city,
state and zip code, and possibly the Chemistry.com email of your successful match) will be pre-populated using information from your Chemistry.com account.
As a success couple you must also provide some information about your relationship (your relationship status). You must also submit your success story and a
photo of yourselves in order to be considered for the Success Site. In addition to your success story and photo, you may also submit two other types of content
for review and approval by Chemistry.com for posting on the Success Site: tips on how to get the most out of the Chemistry.com website and service, and your
answers to pre-formatted questions about your successful relationship (for example, "Describe your first date together"). Chemistry.com will review any and
all content you submit to the Success Site. Chemistry.com must approve (in its sole discretion) any and all content before it can appear on the Success Site.
Chemistry.com will review and approve each of the four categories of content separately, meaning your success story may be approved while your photos or success
tips might not (if we do not approve any of your content for posting on the Success Site. By submitting content to the Success Site, you acknowledge and agree
that we may use all, any part or none of your content as outlined in these Terms of Use.
Is there anything else success couples should consider before submitting content?
The Success Site is a publicly-available website, and success couples who submit content to the Success Site acknowledge that such content may be viewed by
the public (including the media). Success couples acknowledge and agree that Chemistry.com does not control or have responsibility for any actions the public
(including the media) may take based on such content, including but not limited to media reports or stories based on such content. Chemistry.com reserves
the right to discontinue the Success Site at any time, or to continue offering the Success Site indefinitely. Content submitted to the Success Site and posted
by Chemistry.com will remain available on the Success Site until Chemistry.com decides (in its sole discretion) to remove such content or discontinue the Success Site.
